1. Introduction

Welcome to NursingCareerConnect.com, a platform dedicated to connecting qualified nursing professionals with healthcare employers worldwide. By submitting a job listing, you agree to these Employer Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all employers, staffing agencies, hospitals, clinics, and organizations posting job opportunities on our site.

2. Eligible Jobs

Only job postings related to licensed nursing roles will be approved. Examples include:

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • ICU, ER, Pediatric, Travel, and Specialty Nurses
  • Nursing instructors or clinical supervisors

❌ We do not accept:

  • Non-healthcare jobs at the moment
  • Promotional or affiliate content
  • Jobs with discriminatory requirements

3. Accuracy & Honesty

You agree that all information in your job post is:

  • Accurate
  • Truthful
  • Up-to-date

This includes:

  • Job title
  • Location
  • Salary or compensation (if provided)
  • Required qualifications (e.g., license type, experience)
  • Employer name and contact details

Misleading or false information may result in removal of your listing or blocking of future submissions.

4. Licensing & Compliance

All nursing positions must comply with local and national regulations and all applicable labor laws.
You confirm that:

  • The role requires a valid nursing license
  • You will verify credentials during hiring
  • You follow fair employment practices

5. Moderation & Approval

All job listings are reviewed and approved by NursingCareerConnect.com before going live.
We reserve the right to:

  • Reject or edit any submission
  • Remove a job at any time
  • Ban users who repeatedly violate these terms

Approval typically takes 1–2 business days.

6. Job Duration & Renewal

Each job listing is active for 30 days from the approval date.
You will receive a reminder 7 days before expiry and may renew the listing if the position is still open.

7. No Fees (Current Policy)

At this time, posting a job is free.
We reserve the right to introduce paid listings in the future with advance notice.

8. Data Use

By submitting a job, you agree that:

  • Your contact information may be visible to job seekers
  • NursingCareerConnect.com may contact you regarding your listing
  • We do not sell your data to third parties

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the job submission form constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
